We renewed the existing structure of Mama.vet, Beta Pet Health's online pet food sales platform, with the Shopify infrastructure. While making the brand experience simpler, more trustworthy and more shopping focused, we made small but effective touches to its visual world. On the KVKK processes, e-commerce infrastructure and user experience side, we helped the brand gain a stronger, more manageable and more sustainable digital structure.
How do trust, speed and ease meet in the same cart?
In the pet products and online pet food sales category, users' expectations are not limited to just a good price or product variety. Pet parents expect the platform they shop on to be trustworthy, to reach products quickly, to have no problems in the payment process and to easily find the food or care products they need. For Mama.vet, the main need was to carry the existing structure to a more modern, more manageable infrastructure better suited to e-commerce performance.
We rebuilt Mama.vet's e-commerce experience with the Shopify infrastructure. We created a mobile friendly, fast and user friendly shopping flow where the product, category and collection structures can be managed more easily. In the visual world, while preserving the brand's existing identity, we made cleaner, more reassuring small touches that appeal to pet parents.


With KVKK processes, legal pages and core integrations, we carried the brand's digital operation to a more solid ground.

The project we developed for Mama.vet was not just a Shopify website setup, but a comprehensive e-commerce transformation bringing together online pet food sales, pet products e-commerce, user experience, brand trust and legal compliance processes. In the pet food, cat food, dog food, pet care products and online pet shop categories, users' expectations are quite clear: reliable product information, an easy category structure, a fast shopping flow, a mobile friendly website and a smooth payment experience. In line with this, we reworked Mama.vet's e-commerce infrastructure with a simple and understandable structure where users can more easily reach the products they need. Thanks to Shopify's flexible product management, category structure, collection system and payment infrastructure, we made the brand's operational processes more sustainable.
Within the project we also made small but effective touches to Mama.vet's visual world. While preserving the brand's existing identity, we created a more modern, reassuring digital look that appeals to pet parents. Product listing pages, category structures, the home page layout and core e-commerce components were reconsidered with a focus on user experience. So Mama.vet became not just an online pet shop that sells products, but a more organised, more understandable and more professional platform where pet owners can shop with confidence.
On the technical side, using the speed, security and manageability advantages that the Shopify infrastructure offers, we strengthened Mama.vet's digital operation. KVKK processes, legal texts, the privacy policy, user consent areas and core integration needs were included in the project. So the brand gained a more solid structure not only in terms of design, but also in terms of e-commerce operation and legal compliance.
With the Mama.vet project, we gathered the core digital components an online pet food brand needs under a single roof: a Shopify e-commerce infrastructure, a mobile friendly user experience, a reassuring visual layout, an easily manageable product structure, KVKK compliant pages and a sustainable sales system. As a result of the project, Mama.vet turned into a simpler, more trustworthy and more shopping ready online pet shop experience for pet parents.
