1. Data Controller

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Contact data: name, email, phone — collected via project inquiry form.

Digital data: IP address, cookie data, device type, browser info — collected automatically.

Client data: project scope, budget range, company info — processed only as declared by the applicant.

3. Purposes of Processing

Responding to inquiries, managing commercial relationships, improving services, statistical analysis, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Where explicit consent has been obtained, also used for marketing communications and retargeting.

4. Legal Basis

Under KVKK Art. 5/2: performance of a contract (project inquiry), compliance with legal obligation, legitimate interest (provided it does not override fundamental rights).

Marketing processing is carried out only with explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

5. Transfers

Personal data may be transferred only to infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, CRM) to the extent necessary for service delivery. Cross-border transfers require either explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9) or appropriate safeguards.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients (domestic/international), request correction of incomplete/incorrect processing, request erasure/destruction, object to processing, and claim damages.

Contact form data is retained for 2 years after inquiry closure. Client relationship data is retained for 10 years after relationship termination (commercial recordkeeping obligation).
