Homeyday.
Making a brand new business model impressive and understandable for its target audience.
For Homeyday we handled the brand logo, corporate identity, brand messaging, website and performance marketing infrastructure together. We aimed to explain the new generation business model that the brand, which offers short term rental services, offers to homeowners in a faster, more trustworthy and more easily understandable way. On the website we developed with the Framer infrastructure, by creating fluid animations, a simple user experience and a conversion focused structure, we made Homeyday a stronger brand in digital.
A business model hard to explain, how is it easily told to the homeowner?
Short term rental is a model that offers high income potential for homeowners but can create question marks at first glance. Many topics such as how the operation will be managed, who will deal with the guests, how cleaning will be done, whether the home will be damaged and whether the income will be regular affect homeowners’ decision process. For Homeyday the main need was to tell this complex service model, without making it too technical, in a reassuring and quickly understandable brand language.
For Homeyday we first created a new logo design, a corporate identity system and communication messaging that strengthen the brand’s core perception. We developed a message structure that tells what the brand offers homeowners in a simpler, clearer and more convincing language. By building the website with the Framer infrastructure, we offered a more modern, fluid and interactive experience instead of a classic, static corporate site. With animations, section transitions, service explanations and a form flow, we designed a structure that informs the user step by step and guides them towards an application. On the performance marketing side, we set up ad campaigns that reach homeowners, quickly explain the service model and focus on generating potential customer demand.

We made a business model hard to explain understandable for homeowners with a simple brand language, an interactive web experience and conversion focused ads.
Built with.
The work we carried out for Homeyday was not just a logo design or website project; it was a comprehensive digital brand development project bringing together brand identity, corporate messaging, user experience, Framer web design and performance marketing for a new generation brand offering short term rental services. While Homeyday offers homeowners the chance to make use of their homes with a short term rental model, telling this service model in the right and reassuring way was a critical need. Because topics such as short term home rental, Airbnb management, daily rental home operation and professional property management carry high potential for homeowners, but at the same time can create many question marks.
In this project, our main goal was to express the service Homeyday offers in the simplest, fastest and most understandable way possible for homeowners. Among the topics homeowners most wonder about in short term rental services are income potential, operation management, guest communication, the cleaning process, home security, reservation tracking and professional support. For this reason we built the brand messaging not just on a general message like "rent out your home", but on a clearer communication structure that answers the homeowner’s real decision process. We told the ease, trust, professional management and income increasing potential Homeyday offers in a simple brand language.
On the brand identity side, we created a new logo design, a corporate identity system and core brand messaging for Homeyday. We thought that a brand operating in short term rental and home management should have both a technological and a warm perception. For this reason, in the visual world we focused on building a modern, simple and accessible structure that reassures homeowners. The logo, colour use, typography, icon language and text structure were handled in a way that makes the brand look more professional in digital.
On the website side, we developed Homeyday’s digital experience with the Framer infrastructure. Thanks to Framer web design, instead of a classic and static website, we created a modern structure with fluid transitions, supported by interactive animations and informing the user step by step. On the website, we clearly conveyed how the short term rental service works, what advantages it offers homeowners, which steps the process consists of and why moving forward with a professional management model is safer. With a mobile friendly design, a fast page experience, a simple content flow and a conversion focused form structure, we aimed to let users easily get in touch with Homeyday.
On the performance marketing side, to reach Homeyday’s target audience of homeowners, we built the ad communication on the core benefits of the service. We created messages that could draw users’ interest in areas such as short term rental, Airbnb home management, daily rental home, property management, earning income from home and professional rental management. The ad copy, visual creatives and landing page experience came together around the same strategy. So the aim was for a homeowner who sees the ad to quickly understand what Homeyday does and become closer to getting in touch.
As a result, for Homeyday we handled brand design, corporate identity, the website and performance marketing as a whole. We turned the short term rental business model, which is hard to explain and grasp at first contact, into a simpler, more reassuring, modern and conversion focused digital experience. Thanks to the fluid website developed with the Framer infrastructure, the new brand identity and a communication language offering homeowners clear benefits, Homeyday was carried to a more understandable and more professional brand position in the short term rental market.
