From the candy shelf to the digital storefront.

For the US based confectionery brand Candy Break, we brought together a Shopify infrastructure, 3D product visualisation, product promotional visuals and multichannel digital marketing. In the highly competitive American confectionery market, we aimed to help the brand build a more appetising, trustworthy and sales ready digital presence.

How to stand out in a colourful but crowded market?

The US confectionery market is a category where it is hard to draw attention in digital, due to strong brands, wide product options and high competition. Simply listing Candy Break’s products was not enough. The products had to be presented appetisingly, look consistent across different e-commerce platforms and move the user quickly closer to a purchase decision. The main question was: in a highly visual category like confectionery, how can we grow the brand in a way that is both fun and professional?

3D product visuals, Shopify infrastructure, custom Amazon visuals

For Candy Break we created 3D product visualisations and promotional visuals that make the products more eye catching in digital. We developed the Shopify infrastructure to offer a sales focused e-commerce experience. With visual assets, product presentations and marketing materials that could be used on Amazon and different digital sales channels, we helped the brand build an integrated digital presence.

A Sweet Mark on the US Market

The work we carried out for Candy Break was not just a Shopify e-commerce site development project; it was a comprehensive digital growth process bringing together 3D product visualisation, product promotional visuals, multichannel digital marketing, Amazon content support and the e-commerce brand experience for the US confectionery market. For brands to stand out in the highly competitive American confectionery and snack market, product variety alone is not enough. Users need to notice the product at first glance, see the packaging clearly, find the product appetising and feel trust in the brand during the purchase process. In the Candy Break project, we put this need at the centre and aimed to make the brand’s digital presence stronger, more consistent and more sales focused.

Within the project we developed Candy Break’s online sales experience on the Shopify infrastructure. The Shopify e-commerce site, product pages, collection structure, visual layout, user experience and conversion focused shopping flow were reworked according to the brand’s needs. Since users make quick decisions in the candy, gummies, chocolate, snack and imported food categories, simplicity, speed, product visibility and mobile compatibility were prioritised in the page structures. So Candy Break’s digital storefront gained a structure where products are more easily discovered and the purchase decision can be made faster.

On the visual production side, we carried out 3D product photography and digital product visualisation work for Candy Break. In the confectionery category, the product’s colour, packaging, texture and appetising look play a big role in the purchase decision. For this reason we supported the products not only with standard catalogue visuals, but with more eye catching promotional visuals that could be used on e-commerce platforms and in marketing campaigns. With 3D product renders, product focused compositions, banner visuals and digital ad creatives, we made Candy Break look more professional on Amazon, Shopify and different sales channels.

On the multichannel digital marketing side, we focused on the brand building a communication language that is not limited to its own website but looks consistent across different platforms. Amazon product visuals, e-commerce marketplace content, social media creatives, performance marketing visuals and product promotional materials were considered within the same brand world. So for Candy Break, Shopify development, Amazon content support, 3D product visualisation, digital ad creatives and e-commerce marketing became a structure that completes each other.

The main goal of the Candy Break project was to help a US based confectionery brand look stronger on the digital shelves. In the highly competitive online candy, confectionery, sweets, gummies and snack categories, we handled both the technical and creative processes together so the brand could offer a more eye catching, more professional and more sales ready digital experience. As a result of the project, Candy Break gained a stronger e-commerce presence in digital with its Shopify infrastructure, 3D product visuals, multi platform marketing approach and consistent brand presentation.
